We really are what we think, many of us get caught up in looking at the negative and guess what .... we feel negative.  The more we can train our mind to look at the good, and it is always there ... we will feel better.  Take 4 minutes and watch this video,  if you want to do a little experiment watch it every morning and every night for a week.  See how you feel.  Take 30 seconds a few times a day and look around to find something in your world at that moment that is  good read(beautiful, peaceful, quiet, pretty, interesting etc) write it down ......  look at your list at the end of the day.  You will be expressing gratitude and you will feel better!!
